Account Creation

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

Technical Restrictions

Consequences: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Subscriptions and Payment Terms
PharmAnalyser offers both free and subscription-based access to our Service. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscription: £3.16 per month
- Annual subscription: £30 per year (equivalent to £2.50 per month)
- Full access to all data and features
- Base subscription: £15 per month (monthly) or £150 per year (annual)
- Additional per-pharmacy pricing based on volume tiers
- Volume discounts apply (see pricing tiers)
Payment Terms
- All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details
- You must provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method
- If payment fails, we may suspend your subscription until payment is successfully processed
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required by law
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time, but will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increases
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@pharmanalyser.co.uk
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the period ends
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused portions of your subscription. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law
- If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you will be charged the current subscription rate (which may have changed)
Free Trial and Limited Access
- New users receive 3 free visits with full access to all features
- After the free trial, users may continue with limited data access for free, or subscribe for full access
- Free trial usage is tracked using anonymous device identification to prevent abuse
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time
Subscription Transfer and Sharing
- Subscriptions are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable
- Business accounts may have additional users added by the account owner, subject to business plan terms
- Sharing account credentials or attempting to share subscription access with unauthorised users is prohibited and may result in account termination
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Caledonian Tech LTDor its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission
- All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners
NHS Data and Third-Party Content
The NHS data displayed on our Service is sourced from official NHS datasets (NHS England and NHS Scotland). This data:
- Remains the property of the NHS or relevant health authorities
- Is presented by us for informational purposes only
- May be subject to Crown Copyright or other government licensing terms
- You may not use NHS data obtained through our Service for commercial purposes without appropriate licensing from the NHS

- NHS data is typically published 2-3 months after the reporting period and may contain errors or omissions from the source

Service Availability

- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible

- We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your subscription or access
- If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and may offer refunds for unused subscription periods at our discretion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Caledonian Tech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information from the Service
- We are not responsible for any third-party services, websites, or content linked to or from the Service
Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caledonian Tech LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by:
- Cancelling your subscription (if applicable) through your account dashboard
- Contacting us at support@pharmanalyser.co.uk
- Simply ceasing to use the Service (though your account may remain active)
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Your payment fails and remains unresolved after reasonable attempts to contact you
- We are required to do so by law or court order
- We discontinue the Service or your subscription plan
Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication:
- You may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution services, such as mediation or arbitration
- As a UK consumer, you have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or the courts of Scotland
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law
Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caledonian Tech LTD regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Waiver

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
