PharmAnalyser contact intelligence

UK General Practice Database & GP Email Addresses

Reach general practices with data you can actually understand. PharmAnalyser connects verified GP practice email addresses with the practice they belong to, their purpose and wider practice intelligence — giving healthcare organisations a clearer, more reliable way to work with general practice data. England coverage is certified today, with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland being progressively added following the same verification standard.

More than an email list

Contact intelligence your compliance team can defend

Structured practice records — not a scraped directory. Each row ties organisation identity, verified routes, and commissioning context together.

  1. Verified practice identity

Email information is matched and validated at individual-practice level.

  2. Email purpose

Where supported by the evidence, contacts are classified by their intended purpose — for example general enquiries, reception, prescriptions or complaints.

  3. Wider practice intelligence

Use contact information alongside identifiers, geography and other available practice attributes.

  4. Transparent coverage

See what has been verified rather than treating missing or ambiguous data as complete.

Data quality

Built for accuracy, not just volume

PharmAnalyser combines multiple trusted public signals with proprietary practice-level verification. We withhold contacts that do not meet our confidence standard rather than inflating coverage.

Less than 100% email coverage is a deliberate quality outcome: ambiguous or insufficiently verified addresses are not promoted to confirmed practice emails.

Why PharmAnalyser

Intelligence you can explain to procurement

  • Accuracy over volume

We withhold uncertain contacts rather than padding coverage with unverified addresses.

  • Same intelligence as the product

The database reflects the contact intelligence surfaced on PharmAnalyser GP profiles — one verification standard.

  • Purpose-aware outreach

Email routes carry intended-use labels so teams respect practice preferences and reduce misdirected mail.

  • Transparent England metrics

Certified numerators and denominators are published for England — other nations follow when certified.

Positioning

Verified intelligence — not a scraped dump

PharmAnalyser is not a scraped email dump or anonymous NHS list broker. The General Practice Database is verified contact intelligence maintained to the same standard as in-product GP profiles. PharmAnalyser Pro unlocks individual practice pages inside the application; it does not grant a national email export. Choose Pro for analyst workflows, and a data licence when you need bulk delivery.

Review structure before you licence

Request a sample to see field layout, purpose tagging, and verification cues. Discuss scope when you are ready for a formal licence conversation.

Questions

General Practice Database FAQs

Licence scope, England coverage, and how this differs from PharmAnalyser Pro.

What is the PharmAnalyser General Practice Database?

It is a commercial bulk dataset of practice-level GP contact intelligence — verified emails with purpose labels, organisation identifiers, commissioning geography, and related contact routes. It is licensed separately from PharmAnalyser subscriptions.

Is this included with PharmAnalyser Pro?

No. Pro unlocks verified GP emails inside the product on individual practice pages. The General Practice Database is a separate bulk export licence for teams that need structured national or scoped delivery.

What is the current England email coverage?

5,194 of 6,165 active England GP practices have at least one verified email in the certified dataset (84.25% coverage). Figures are England-only and update with the certified contactability projection — not a UK-wide aggregate.

Which UK nations are available today?

England is certified and quoted on this page. Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland follow the same verification programme — we display certification in progress until each nation is signed off. We do not publish fabricated UK totals.

Which fields are included in a licence?

Typical exports include practice name, ODS code, verified email contacts with purpose, verification status and dates where held, telephone and website, ICB and PCN (England), and registered list size where published. Final field sets are agreed per licence.

How are GP emails verified?

PharmAnalyser maintains its own contact intelligence dataset and applies a proprietary practice-level verification process before an email is included. We combine multiple trusted public signals with practice-level validation and withhold contacts that do not meet our confidence standard.

Can we filter or segment the dataset?

Yes. Licences can be scoped by geography (for example ICB or PCN), ODS selection, email purpose, verification status, and other agreed attributes. Discuss requirements via a scoped selection enquiry.

How is data delivered?

Delivery format, refresh cadence, and nation scope are agreed commercially — commonly structured files suitable for CRM import. There is no self-serve checkout on this page; we confirm terms before release.

Is pricing published?

Pricing depends on scope, nations, fields, refresh frequency, and use case. Contact us for pricing guidance or a licence enquiry — we do not hard-code list prices on this landing page.

Can we review a sample before buying?

Yes. Request a sample to review structure, representative fields, and our verification approach. Samples use illustrative or agreed extracts — not a full national download.

How should we use this data responsibly?

The dataset covers NHS organisations, not patients. Use it for legitimate organisation-level outreach and analysis, respect purpose tags, and comply with your internal policies, applicable law, and your PharmAnalyser licence terms.
