Pharmacy context

This is a ‘distance selling pharmacy’ on Portsmouth’s airport industrial estate. People don’t visit the pharmacy in person for its NHS services as it provides these remotely. It dispenses people’s prescriptions and delivers them to people living throughout the UK. It has its own website which it uses to promotes its services, including private weight loss and travel health services, some of which it does provide face to face on the premises. This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in August 2023 and all standards were met.
