What are GPhC inspection reports?
The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) inspects registered pharmacies against five standards. Reports show whether the pharmacy met the standards, with improvement or enforcement action where needed. Premises ID is the same as the pharmacy's GPhC registration number.

Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy on the High Street in Chislehurst. It provides NHS services such as dispensing prescriptions, the New Medicine Service, and the Pharmacy First service. It supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to some people who need this additional support. It provides seasonal flu and Covid vaccinations. And offers a supervised administration service for people taking certain medicines. The pharmacy delivers medicines to some people’s homes. It offers a small range of over-the-counter medicines online via a third-party website. Enforcement action has been taken against this pharmacy, which remains in force at the time of this inspection, and there are restrictions on the provision of some services. The enforcement action taken allows the pharmacy to continue providing other services, which are not affected by the restrictions imposed. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.2. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the inspection, the pharmacy could demonstrate that it now asked questions of people purchasing over-the-counter medicines online to be able to make sales safley. And it uses a third-party ID verification tool to help ensure that the person requesting the medicines is who they say they are.
