  • Source: superintendent names and organisations come from the GPhC register. Which premises row is paired with each organisation string is computed by PharmAnalyser using a point-in-time GPhC premises register extract — not live GPhC data.
  • Matching: links use exact normalised name matching only. Spelling, legal suffixes, or rebrands can produce no match even when a human would recognise the site.
  • Multi-site rows: where one organisation name matches many branches, you will see several lines for the same superintendent entry. Use the row count on the line to see the full picture — a single row is not always the whole story.
  • ODS codes: NHS-style England contractor and Scotland dispenser codes are shown when present in our database; absence does not mean there is no NHS relationship.
