What are GPhC inspection reports?
The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) inspects registered pharmacies against five standards. Reports show whether the pharmacy met the standards, with improvement or enforcement action where needed. Premises ID is the same as the pharmacy's GPhC registration number.

Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy located on a busy main road in the centre of Melton Mowbray. It is open extended hours Monday to Saturday and most of its activity is dispensing NHS prescriptions. It also provides a prescription delivery service, the NHS Pharmacy First service, and it supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to some people. This was an intelligence-led inspection of the pharmacy following information received by the GPhC. The pharmacy was last inspected in June 2025 and not all standards were met, resulting in an action plan. There was some overlap between the issues found during this intelligence-led inspection and the previous inspection. This inspection focused on the matters raised with the GPhC and did not look at all the Standards.
