What are GPhC inspection reports?
The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) inspects registered pharmacies against five standards. Reports show whether the pharmacy met the standards, with improvement or enforcement action where needed. Premises ID is the same as the pharmacy's GPhC registration number.

Pharmacy context
This pharmacy operates from a business premises close to Harley Street in central London. It mainly supplies aesthetics products, including botulinum toxins and injectable dermal fillers against private prescriptions issued by UK based prescribers. It promotes its services via its website www.wimpolepharmacy.co.uk. Only prescribers and aesthetic practitioners are able to access the service. The pharmacy also fulfils some prescriptions through a third‐party website, and for an external clinic which provides treatments for hair loss. The pharmacy does not offer any NHS services and it is not open to the public. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2024 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.1. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met and other relevant Standards, but not all standards were inspected. Overall, the pharmacy had made some improvements to its procedures to safeguard against inappropriate access to aesthetic products on prescription. But it should continue to monitor prescribing and complete audits, so it can show that prescribing is consistently safe and appropriate.
