Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in the village of Brightons, to the south-east of Falkirk. Its main activity is dispensing NHS prescriptions. It provides some people with their medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medicines at the correct times. It provides some services including NHS Pharmacy First and NHS Pharmacy First Plus and private provision of weight loss medicines. This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion.
